No outage here, but yea, the only reason RIM is still up there for corporate users is because of the number of policies BES can be defined for, not the same for exchange (told to me from a veteran user of both the systems). The new exchange service planned by MS may step things up a bit, but the main advantage is that exchange can be run on soo many different platforms with ease, and I have to say, BB-Connect isnt the most stellar competitor. It just makes you want to move to a BB itself (I did that) and BB-Connect is horrible with attachment handling and you cant send any attachments as well. So yea, RIM have stepped it up with their new design of the Bold, and they are playing the competition right.
