Exactly...Its is only in the US and UK and maybe 4-5 other countries that sell phones with contract. Many places it is illegal to bind a customer in a contract.

That tab is for File Explorer. The Tones settings doesn't have a tab, it's a popup menu at the lower left hand side for selection. When I remove the MMC it works fine.

This is strange because I use diff settings with my plus acct.
I don't include the "plus" ex: pop.mail.yahoo.com. Prolly doesn't matter. I also use an exchange server and have M4E set to poll it. Been working flawlessly for over two years. Sorry I couldn't help. I know how it sucks when stuff doesn't come together right. Try calling nokia. Last resort, I know.
