Naruto Shippuden Arc 4 Talkback (spoilers)

In the staff's defense, their filler arcs for Shippuden have all been pretty well planned out and fit into the story, fleshing thinner aspects out in detail. This was also probably the last opportunity for filler, because after mangaspoilersgalore begins, it's going to be close to impossible to stop for filler for a loooooooong time. Perhaps completely impossible.

Then again Kishimoto seems intent on bringing his manga to a close, so perhaps one quick filler arc may be all the time that neeRAB to be bought.

It sounRAB like they've planned this out, but inserting a filler arc now would kind of contradict the flow of the comic during this time period, espicially when it comes to the news of Jiraiya's death getting back to the Leaf. Not to mention it would seem weird if Naruto never mentions having me the Six-Tails Jinch

To whom? I get what you're saying, but some of this stuff also might be hard to sit through as well. Especially when you hate the main character.

I'm extremely cautious when it comes to reading and watching the same series. I'm 0 for 2 when it comes to transitioning from manga to anime. Bleach and Death Note turned out to be disappointing. (Bleach being misleading and Death Note's 2nd half had too much removed and hampered my experience)

Indeed, I don't even see how they could Bleach-up a filler arc at this point, either.

I think a smart idea would have been to have this be
the mission Team Guy was on explaining why they are away in the next arc
but I suppose that would have some issues, too.

Sitting through the pain in the neck of reading this one chapter a week simply cannot be worse than reading volumes at a time.

That new ending theme almost sounRAB like Utada

Bee's drawn really bad and doesn't seem to get any better with next week, even though it looks like a Gainax episode.

Take it I'm the only one that don't have a problem with reading a chapter a week? Anyway, I don't want to bore you (or anyone else) with my problems. (I can go on and on) Got the answer I was looking for.

"Bakayarou...konoyarou!"

I really just can't see him not being voiced by Samuel L. Jackson. I mean, I know it's impossible but still, it'd be hilarious.

The part with the bird flying through the mountains was very pretty. Even though it felt like I was watching the prologue to a video game.

New ED song was very nice. And next episode "WHHHHEEEEEEEEEEE!!"

The omake was probably the crowning achievement of the fanbase.

Ep 143 was a great episode for my action fix. I don't know whose more annoying though, Karin or Sakura, although Sakura hasn't done much to annoy me as of late I still find her to be real annoying. But yeah, Sasuke vs Bee was a great fight. I really wanna see how Raikage vs Sasuke is going to look in motion.

I hope the other jinchuriki show up in this filler

as for bleach their filler arcs are become worst if you don't read the manga
they cut into the main story 3 times already with bad continuity

at least naruto learned from his first 80 filler run

I would actually prefer the Bleach method of branching off in the middle of canon to do filler, if only because I would hate for the canon to be altered. In #142 alone Kisame's line is changed from "We have seven, only two remain..." to six, three remain.

Than again, all non-Kishimoto written material seems to do whatever it can to be terrible, so it's a catch-22 if we don't want to catch up with the Japanese

I have to wonder which Akatsuki will be sent after Six-Tails, though. Kisame? Madara?

Personally, I'm glad that the anime is going to show more of the Jinchuriki. I mean, it's bad enough that two were already captured at the start of the anime. I mean, what a waste. That's two characters and two tailed beasts that we'll never get to see. I mean, why even bother to have 9 tailed beasts if you're just going to waste them like that? You might as well have just had 6 to begin with.

Anyway, no one really answered my previous question about who captured the first two Jinchuriki, though I'm pretty sure I already know the answer. I think Deidara and Sasori captured them both, as I remeraber Deidara taunting Naruto about how he had already captured Jinchuriki but I can't be sure without rewatching the first arc. So, in the manga, who was it who captured the other one?
