N80ie(Bronze), N91 8GB(Black), N73(Silver) Comparison Pics!!

I edited my post. I worded it wrong. The $5 per month saves you paying the 30 cents per minute once outside Fido's coverage.

No other battery options for the N80....better buy 2

........and if your debating between the N73 and N80 for camera needs then go with the N73. The differences in picture quality are extreme!

agree and agree...and nokia proceed to make the same mistake on the battery for n80ie..wish they could have mod it so the ie can take the bp-6m (or whatever the battery that the n73/93 uses)

Coming from a 6682, I now know what you guys mean about the N80's battery life. It isn't too bad though. Doesn't really effect me since I "charge it every night before bed."

Anyway, a larger battery would probably stop the back cover from having a little play...I have to keep a small piece of an index card between the battery and the cover just to make it tight and solid. Gets the job done -

how can you tell if u have an IE or regular n80. Reason I'm confused, is because in reviews ive seen on utube and it said IE phones have the "internet" folder under the menu and come in black (as in all IE badged phones).

well my phone comes in black, has the folder, but not the wLAN in active standby. and lets not get into the whole wifi not connectin for me issue, hehe. even on an unlocked wifi signal.

I guess there are normal n80s that are black as well? anyway you can check that?

not to mention the whole camera thing, yea you gotta hold the cam steady after you you see the flash or hear the click, its like a delay. if you dont, its all blurry (or slightly) if u hold it perfectly you can get some really nice shots.
its annoyin if ur tryin to capture the moment as stated earlier but i guess ill get used to it

yea cell phone noob if u guys couldnt tell haha. thanks for any help.

I think I will just hold off a bit till the 16m colour screens become more common/affordable - n95 . The e50 is actually just fine / stable and gets the job done. No point taking a hit on it and going for either n80 or n73. Some of my gripes with s60 are not going to go away with either of them. I do not use the camera much. The only reason the n80 appealed to me was the better screen and wi-fi (for occasional travel, most hotels have free wi-fi) while edge is capped/expensive.

What do you guys think?

Actually having used the 7610 and e50, I can say that I am quite used to holding the phone still after taking the picture and going from either of these 1.3 average cameras, both the n80 and n73 will be far way much better. I am sort of inclining towards the n80ie, due to the better screen and wi-fi, hang the battery life. In the same breath: is it possible to put in a higher capacity battery in the n80?

I am really looking for a good n73 vs n80 comparo prices of both being almost the same, though I mostly got the key differences covered.

But somewhere I did read that the slider design was somewhat imperfect and it was difficult to get at the top row of keys.

Low resolution, yes in absolute terms, but in pixels per sq. inch? At times I really have a problem with the e50 font size, even though it is a high res. screen. For the most part it is quite usable, but when you need to look at the details, the small font size is a pain. The n73 gets over that with the same res. since it is a larger screen.
