They could put in the order befor the billing cycle, but it would only get done on the first day of the billing cycle
For example if you call on the 15th of August to cancel a theme and your billing cycle is 23 to 22... The agent will put in an order to have the theme removed on the 23rd. The previous bill which you would have received around the first week of the month was covering for 23rd of August till 23nd of August till 22nd of September. On the following bill, which you will receive the first week of September you will see a credit for that theme for the period of the 23nd of Agust till 22nd of September
If request full diconnection, as you know there is a 30 days policy. If you call on the 5th service is disconnected on the 5th of next month. During that month you will receive a bill, like you should normally have for the comming month. Why do we send a bill if we know you will disconnect? Our billing system is ade like that because you could always change your mind and decide to keep the service... With the client that have a billing cycle from the 23rd till 22nd this is how it will happen. Call August 5th. Disconnection 5th of September. Receives a bill at the beggening of September for the programming from the 23rd of August till the 22nd of September. On the 5th account gets credited for the programming charges from the 5th of September till 23rd of September. Around the 20th client recives a final bill showing a credit. 3-6 later receives a check for the amount of the credit showing on the account, or the amount shows on the One bill has a credit and that lower the monthly bill for his other Bell services
Besides, all this is not at all related to the topic of that thread...
There is still no info in our Agent system related to the removal of those channels... Onthe other hand in many account I started seeing CMT add on-W network add on
