No, it justifies shooting someone for throwing rocks and continuing to throw rocks directly at someone after being told to stop by uniformed officers.

Kid got what he deserved, natural selection at work, just like throwing rocks at a lion in the African Savannah.

According to the article the BP chased the kids, not stopped to have lunch and were senselessly assaulted.

While BP chasing kids not in the United States doesn't equate to asking rocks be thrown, it certainly does not suggest self defense, or anything even equivalent to 'whelp they ignored our commands to stop throwing rocks, better start shooting'.
 
My first born isn't dumb enough to be arrested and deported for smuggling 5 times then start throwing rocks at an armed police/border agent.

And if he was, I'd fucking thank the guy who shot him for corrected a fuck up of nature and succeeding in correcting a mistake where I failed as a parent.

Even from an LEO standpoint his action is questionable. He was right by their friend, so they were throwing pebbles to distract him, and he shot the kid dead. You are blinded by your LEO type attitude. No reason to kill that kid.
 
Whatever the kid did before the situation in which he was killed is irrelevant:is what I said. Before that I said it wouldn't make any difference if he was having tea or smuggling. The situation in which he was killed is all that matters. He could have crossed the border to slash tires and he still should not have been killed in the videoed situation IMO.
