Well I think you are wrong. Someone can hire me on any basis, and I can refuse work on any basis. What if I don't like my employer because of some personal attribute that has nothing to do with their work productivity? Are you saying I can't quit? How is that any different than an employer having arbitrary standarRAB for deciding who to hire?
So if an employer wants to hire you, and you don't like their haircut but otherwise the job offer is great, you are telling me that you should be required, by law to work for them? How is it any different for the employer? If they don't like your haircut but are otherwise qualified, you are saying, they should be required by law to hire you?
