is a 300 watt kicker amp enought for 2 350 rms 10in subs?

350 x 2 = 700w RMS power for the subs.

I'd suggest this amp to power. Barely exceeds the 750W RMS rating. The subs should be able to handle it quite easily.

If both subs together are 350 RMS, I'd recommend getting a 500W amp. Giving the subs a little more than RMS is usually good cause the peak power should be around 1000W for the subs, which it'll never reach.

A 1000 watt amp wont drain a battery, you have other issues. The alternator powers the amp when the car is running.

300 watt amp will work, but you will not have very loud bass.
