Iron Man

i totally agree about the kids thing....there was a lady and a 5 year old next to me! along with many other annoying kids...sorry OT

i can't wait for the sequel!! should be awesome!!

I've had the hots for RDJ for a while... I think I mentioned this on another thread but my ex boyfriend is a young RDJ. They look exactly alike! It kind of freaked me out in the beginning

[sp]I really appreciated that they didn't play the Iron Man song before the credits. It just felt right to wait for the credits![/sp]

I'd reccomend buying as well but rent first if you wanna be safe.

I'm sad about Terrance but I love Don Cheadle so either way it's a win for me

I loved Iron Man, the best summer movie. Robert Downey Jr. plays Tony Stark so well, he was made for the part. The chemistry between Tony and Pepper is so real. I cannot wait to see a sequel.

haha I wish I would've stayed that long as well :(

RDJ and GP did have great chemistry together.

Well I just got back from seeing the movie (finally). My biggest pet peeve though: there were too many kids there. Seriously, no offense to anyone, but I get annoyed when kids go to the movie because some of them can't help but talk when the film is actually going on.

Anways, the movie was awesome! While I don't read the IM comics, I was familiar with his story and the fact that he's a superhero quickly caught my interest.

So glad I saw it. It was beyond incredible. Robert Downey Jr. was the perfect role for Tony Stark.

Stayed for the after credit scene.

[sp]Samuel L. Jackson!!!!!!![/sp]

Dude the sequel should be sweet. I so can't wait.

:yay: for me its my favorite super heroe movie :) really nobody could be better to play the rol of Tony Stark (Iron Man)

Paltrow gave a great performance, loved the chemistry between her and Robert Downey Jr.

[sp]I'm not sure whether it was supposed to be at the beginning of the movie, but I remember seeing a kiss in the trailers, so I was surprised when it didn't show in the movie. If I'm honest though, I think it's interesting that they didn't include it - every single superhero movie has a hero and his obligatory damsel-in-distress, usually with some form of love scene. Not including a kiss between Stark and Pepper makes this movie a bit different, and makes their relationship more interesting. He hasn't quite won her yet, it'll be fun to see how that all develops in the following films![/sp]

He's been coming back slowly with a indies and smaller movies, but Iron Man put him back on the map for sure. It's great really. And he was SO perfect for this!

I actually really really liked Iron Man even though I don't usually like action movies. It's a great film! I'd recommend it.

just got back from seeing it....i liked it a lot!! great acting and special effects!! i really enjoyed it!! i didn't stay to see the end of the credits but hopefully i can find the scene

I just saw Iron Man. I've never read the comics or really heard too much about Iron Man before so I wasn't sure what to expect but I loved it. It was one of the best superhero movies I've seen. To me, it had the perfect blend of story and action. Often movies like this focus to much on one and forgets about the other. Also RDJ was amazing and Gwenyth Paltrow was great too. I thought they worked well together and had great chemistry. I can't wait to see Iron Man 2.

I didn't know about the scene after the credits. Oh well, it gives me an excuse to go see it again.

I'm gonna see it again. It's worth a second viewing. :D

And this time I'll stay until the final credits roll and catch the extra scene. :goof:

It was a good movie but it didn't affect me the way TDK did.
Also Paltrow and Howard were wasted.
