I agree with some of your list, but these, I don't.
Mr & Mrs Smith - sure, it could have been a hell of a lot better, but for a mindless action movie, it was a good hour and a half of escapism.
Moulin Rouge - well, I can't be objective about this one, because it's one of my favourite movies of all time. What didn't you like about it? Although I suppose it's not really aimed at a straight male audience

.
Brokeback Mountain - again, not really a straight male audience, but it was a good love story (although I have to admit I thought it was a tad overrated and everything was blown out of proportions because it was about a gay relationship)
Hot Fuzz - was hilarious, some parts had me in hysterics in the cinema. Much better than Shaun Of The Dead in my opinion.
Mamma Mia - again with the straight male audience target, but i've seen it with guys and girls of all ages and all of them have loved it. Light, fluffy fun and most definately not one of the worst films ever (infact it's also in my favourites list lol)
The Dark Knight - you didn't like this because of Heath Ledger? I hardly think that's fair, to hate an ensemble movie, when you dislike one of the actors (who gives his defining performance in it).
The Lion King - One word. Amazing.
Most of the films you seem to dislike seem to be chick flicks and comedys...I sense you're a man set in your ways about the type of humour you appreciate.
