ok, so you are saying they could easily get SF4 done in a few months time and way ahead of schedule, but they've simply decided not to do it? interesting theory to say the least...
Yea, there's nothing wrong with Eldar going to see Samsung, it's part of his business.
But, don't you think the timing was pretty arkward?
He come out a few days before the N900's official release and takes OPK's announcement shocker away with a grain of salt and then goes to Korea right away...
It like... hum... You told an ugly girl (Nokia) that you're not interested and then you turn around say this is the hot chick (Samsung) I want. :hehehe:
I like Eldar btw; he's "the source" and has all the toys I want to get my hands on.
If this phone is real, and I have my doubts, this is one phone Nokia has to get right from the start. No more releasing a half baked phone with crap firmware and fixing it if enough people buy it. In other words: this can't be business as usual for Nokia.
I think reference design is more or less the minimum manufacturers are expected/will use to ensure the OS runs as it should. Do you know if there is a reference design for the SF^1? If there was, probably closer to what the N97 has than what Satio has. So, my guess is that SF^3 devices will have Omap3 (and the hardware accelerated graphics).
The lack of xvid is fair game for nitpicking, especially as truth noted samsung added it themselves.
someone clarify-is that 140mb in the C: drive in the specs? I was under the impression that the N97mini had 200+mb free, but I could be wrong I've never used one myself.
