I have seen Orphanage so many times I've lost count.

It even made me cry, especially at the end :(

one of the greatest horror movies i've ever seen.

Yes, I remember thinking that it was a little slow. I don't remember everything exactly anymore.. but I think the ending was a little confusing?

Imdb says it is. :)

I'd say it's more SciFi than action... it has vampires, evil, killing, BLOOD, flesh.. and did I mention gore? :P

ok, so I watched the Orphan today and you guys were right. It's SUCH a good movie. Also, I might be a little biased here because I adore Vera. :D But yes, one of the best horror movies I've seen in a long time.

We've been talking about Mirrors a lot here!

Did anyone see the trailer eto Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, yet?

Wow. That movie has been out for more than 20 years, but if you like vampires, it's a must see.

I went and saw a one night screening of The Human Centipede last night. It was god awful! So bad!!!!

I liked House of Wax, the original of course, I haven't seen "The Pit and the Pendulum", but most Vincent Price movies are classics IMO.

Not sure what your tastes are, but here a few of my favourites:

The Descent
Wolf Creek
Ginger Snaps
Pathology
The Skeleton Key

It was made in 2003, yet it wasn't released until a few years later. They wanted to do a release in the theaters, but I think that they had a hard time getting some production company to release it. So they just did a straight to DVD release instead.

Even though I found Orphanage to be a little slow going, the twist ending is what made that movie for me, I just did not see it coming.

WARNING: SPOILER!

Is Daybreakers actually a horror film? Havent seen it just curious because it seems more like an action film to me.

Seen new "Nightmare on Elm Street" movie and it was okay. Not seeing Robert Englund as Freddy Krueger really threw the movie off for me. The new guy's Freddy face was just weird and different.

I really liked " The Crazies"....good movie. I haven't seen "Daybreakers" yet but will soon.

I watched The Triangle a couple of weeks ago. I actually liked it, but it didn't make a lot of sense to me.

Orphan? I think I saw that last year... but let me check on my list..
(Ok, no. I mixed it up with another movie. So I might check it out if you say it's good. :D )

Ok, Let the Right One in... I LOVED IT.. but I don't see it much as a horror movie, tbh.

The Last House on the Left was pretty good too. But I've watched them all in the middle of last year.. so it's been a while I've seen a good one.

I caught that one on TV last year and was pleasantly surprised by it. I do tend to babysit a lot.. and being in a big house like that, in the middle of nowhere.. all alone.. I admit.. it gave me a little of the chills, watching it home alone and in the dark.
