Harry Potter and The Half Blood Prince

I'm sure it'll be on the AOL website if they've got the rights to show it first, or however it works.

Whoever finRAB it first, can they post a link, or just tell us whether it's on AOL, youtube etc pretty please???

I'm not technical person and all this satellite malarkey is confunding me!!!:D

I don't know what to make of Harry's personality at times. I really don't feel that he has much emotional depth at all but I have to live with his reactions as the story is told through his eyes. To me, the only character who I would call as having a great depth of feeling is Luna: she is sensitive, perceptive, intuitive and also spiritual. I think I can relate to her more, actually.

I do recall Jo talking about this at one time and how her sister thought she was quite cold about things.

Anyway, I seem to be lowering the tone on this thread so I'll shut up now. :)

AHHHHH! I can't wait till Wed now!
I kinda feel like i have seen most of the film already though by watching all the released scenes then the T4 special and the ITV special. For DH i am not going to watch anything till after i have seen the movie!

I read that it is going to end with Harry and Hermione up some tower discussing the future with Ron and Ginny in the background.

Not how i would have done it but these people enjoy changing HP completely so i give up now.

Oooh an arc for a harry potter doctor who crossover...just joking...actually this new movie looks real good can't wait to see it....still think the 1st is the best though.

I am not sure and Robbie Coltrain(sp) is the same as far as im aware. Just two grumpy men haha. but at POA i couldnt fault Rickkman he was really nice.

And to be fair Nethwen if its too do with Ebay , shame on him as he is only letting the real fans down. The dealers dont care at all.

I totally agree about Hagrid, McGonnagal and Snape but that's because I watched the first film before reading the book. Shocking I know :D but I wasn't sure if the books were for me so thought I'd see the film and I've never looked back. I can't believe I thought I wouldn't like them as I absolutely love the books :D

As for Dumbledore, I don't think he has the warmth Dumbledore from the books (or the first film Dumbledore) has. I mean if you take the scene in Goblet of Fire when Harry's name has just come out of the Goblet and Dumbledore rushes up to him and almost strangles him demanding to know if he had put his name in. Dumbledore would never have done that. It was that scene which really put me off him. I know it's not the actor's fault - it's the writer's for putting that in the script but after that I've never really liked the film version of Dumbledore :(

It's a bit strange. Surely the Harry Potter films have a guaranteed audience, whatever the time of year. It's not as if it's a brand new film and they're worried it might not take off.
