I recommend moving there before your son goes to college - Canadian university fees are cheaper for citizens, and considerably cheaper than American university fees.

What I don't understand is why must my life be dictated by by someone elses religious beliefs? If someone doesn't like the fact that I want to and am married to a man that their problem and none of their bussiness. I live in the United States Of America not the United States of Jesus or the United states of Christianhood. There are other people that live here to and we have the same right to make our families the way we wnat to. Our lives our families.

I haven't really read much of this however I will kinda answer this with stuff my mom has told me from her 30+ years of teaching....
She has had many kiRAB that have gay parents and she says a lot (not all) of these kiRAB are abused whether it be phsyically or mentally. She says gay couples have had a tendacy to "get a kid" and "get married" to kind of spite the world and they don't really want it they just wanna win a battle for the gays. So they seem to try and be activist more then trying to be a parent. For this reason she doesn't believe in gay marriage. I would like to stress that she has had some kiRAB that were fine however the majority are not. So I think this kinda answers your question.

of course im for it....why oppose it? this isn't a theocracy! and when it boils down to it, there are 3 reasons people oppose it:
1. religion
2. they think it's "icky"
3. it's not "traditional (these people need to think about what "traditional marriage" is though: a contract between parents of a boy and girl saying that they will trade the girl for property--because she is property herself--and that love doesn't matter, only business)

We have been to the lawyer and have tons of papers, But there are somethings we just can't have unless you are married.
