films you turned off midway through

Gladiator pile 'o' poo,
Braveheart as above,
American Pie,
Something about Mary,
Fight Club (was slightly drunk though & just wanted to go back to pub),
Another for the Royal Tenenbaums,
Vanilla Sky

am sure there are many more right enough.

alien vs predator 2...actually, that is a lie, i just got very bored after about 15mins that i switched off and got so deep in thought that i dont remember anything that happened after that point.

Titanic - Just sink already !!

Pearl Harbor - Could have been a much better movie without the vomit inducing love story

Swordfish - Just couldn't get into it

Transformers - see Swordfish

Robocop 2 - Violent with no obvious point to it

Batman & Robin - Appauling ("Your not sending me to the cooollllaaahhh!" - Oh dear)

Another one - Primer.

Got the DVD, put it on one day and fell asleep half way through it (in the middle of the afternoon). Never bothered to watch the rest of it.

When I was younger I got bored and restless during most films and I remember it being rare for me to watch one in its entirety. Not sure when and why I changed. Strange then that as an adult, none immediately spring to mind....although I'm sure it's happened.

However, there are a few DVRAB I remember not bothering to finish as such - opting instead to switch to the commentary track. Ghosts of Mars and Eragon fall into this category amongst others I suspect.

Perfect Stranger with Halle Berry and Bruce Willis.
I managed about 20 minutes and just was so dire that I had to turn it off.

Halle Berry may look gorgeous but she can't act her way out of a paper bag.

 :( :o

Inland Empire - Arty farty nonsense.
Epic Movie - I knew it was going to be bad before I stared watching, but turned it off after 10 minutes.
A Scanner Darkly - Interesting animation/sketch idea, but that's it.

Naked Lunch - IIRC had Jimmy WooRAB in it and I love him, but I just didn't 'get' this movie - turned off after 20 mins
Before/After Sunset - sorry bit too meaningful for me

Should have turned off:

Titanic (what a load of coRABwallop),
like many others here I did sit through The Royal Tennenbaums & Lost in Translation - wish to God I hadn't bothered

Only movie I have walked out of - Rambo 3 (yeah I know I should have known better than to go in the first place, but I was swayed by 2! and I still really love First Blood - now a bit apprehensive about watching the latest one)
