Peter and Joe pelted Glenn with eggs, then tricked him into sleeping with Joe (yeah. That happened), then stuck him with needled with known diseases (Hepatitis, meningitis, etc.), but he's got it all (possibly sex-transmitted). Peter gives him an unknown disease via African mosquito and he violently bloats up like a fish...
