It's hard for alot of people to get through the LOTR books. I think because they were written by a professor and not only that, someone who has extensive language education and created his own language in the book. Now that's...amazing. Which is why I enjoyed the book, he created a language. Not alot of authors do that.

Eragon isn't bad for a 15 year old. I think he was influenced by Star Wars and LOTR though because alot of the messages he puts in there or situations, comes from those two genres.

 i've got quick typing fingers.

oh I'd love it if the 3rd book was green
from what I know of the 2nd book it is dark.

your complaints about what the movie left out are my complaints too

[sp]was it that obvious?[/sp]

it seems like everyone is saying if they didn't read the book they would've liked the movie more

WildAtHeart
- how was Eldest?

Perks of Being a Wallflower had a pretty plain cover
and it was a good teen humor/angst book.

 Force ghost Brom

I don't remember her ears now
were they pointy?
She should have been a deep dark red head...

aw that sucks. maybe if they have sequels they will clean up some of those mistakes.

^ They changed a lot lol

they should've just went ahead and gave permission for a longer movie, then maybe they wouldn't have had to make so many changes

I think if I hadn't just finished the book I might have enjoyed the movie a lot more.

this is kinda off-topic..but talking about movies based off books.....Queen of the Damned...I loved the book so much...but the movie!? thank god Aaliyah was good at Akasha, she saved that movie IMO

yea, I thought since the dragon was friendly and had a girly girl voice she wouldn't be scary to kids. Durza though had something gross going on with his mouth
