I'd hope that 90% of the military is getting head. Which is sodomy. Which is against the code you posted. Oh. BTW, we already have gays in the military. And guess what? They haven't been drummed out due to that code. So your argument that they will be once the law is changed and they are allowed to open serve instead of being forced to lie about and conceal the fact they are gay is just plain retarded.

I can't believe these morons actually think that during combat duties, a gay dude is going to look over and hit on another soldier or something. I simply do not believe these people could be this functional if they're that stupid.

The idea that gay people present a distraction during combat duties isn't just stupid -- it's full retard.

maybe we should segregate units by state too, so you only have Texans fighting with Texans, Californians fighting with Californians, etc. That way people that are proud of their state can be in a more comfortable emotional state.

There's no point in women registering, the draft is nearly 100% for combat soldiers. And women can't be infantry.
 
Not in any way that would justify treating people of different orientations differently.

this is why i specifically said AVERAGE man and AVERAGE woman. Military PT programs are designed with the average soldier in mind. Some will lag behind that standard, some will excel beyond it.
