You're mixing up personal preference and codified laws again. That seems to be a problem for you.
But yes, it is my personal preference that people who are so vain and shallow as to have their ability to honor the unknown soldier reduced due to the height of the honor guard at the tomb not be allowed to view the tomb.
However I would never in a million years try to pass a law forcibly preventing them from doing so. I'd just man up and deal with the fact that I'm surrounded by idiots. Or, as your homophobic military types should, man up and deal with the fact that people in my unit like to smoke pole and take it up the ass when they aren't engaged in their military duties.
