yeah I was also looking at other modes and what not to see what I could do, read some about chord construction, but I think I can work stuff out better on a synth or whatev when it comes to making the chorRAB, but I'm planning to record more as soon as I buy new strings for my electric.

Also I have to work on further than diatony, which implies a lot of reading and what not.

I used a tritone there.
 
haha, I read a few of my first songs, and man... they sucked.

It's actually quite interesting to see how I've developed as I've been here - this place has improved me, no end.

Vocals, overdone acoustic style, general overratedness, and massively overrated lyrics.

I don't find it to be particularly appealing to listen to, but the actual dislike comes from the massive attention he's getting for what I consider at best decent work.

That happens to me a lot when I go to concerts, but scene girls tend to think I am cute and talk to me. It's odd. I'm not scene.
 
yeh that's a good idea but sometimes it would be hard to differentiate between intermediate and experienced writers. There's no clear line. Perhaps just beginners and experienced sub forums?
