Community Thread / Tips and Questions

In all honesty, I don't have any songwriters I hugely admire... Although I have to admit I do have a soft spot for Kris Roe from The Ataris - he's got an ability to write heartfelt stuff without it being too cheesy. Unfortunately he doesn't vary subjects much.
 
Yeah, I've wanted one of their Spider amps for ages, but can't really justify stumping up for one. Figured if I get the rifftracker, it apparently models tons of guitars and amps really well, so it'll do the job quite nicely, as I'm not in a band at the moment, so have no other way of recording.

EDIT: wow, that was an exceptionally bad sentence re: grammar/use of commas, but it's 3am, so I don't care.

as much as i like any spirit, nothing will ever compare to the pure excellence that is vodka. best drink ever. especially with coke.

but i end up drinking lager mostly. grolsch is nice.

nm nm just reading a bit of Kerouac so I've got something to talk about with the barmaid when I get back to uni. And its well written which helps.

That's pretty damn good. :)

I was always better at the triple jump though - at 15 I was jumping about 10.5m consistantly, which was fairly good even if I do say so myself. I don't do it any more though, as I ruptured the ligaments in my knee playing football, and I can't risk the high impact of the jumps. :(

Soooo it's my last semester in the dorms, and now my room gets busted for drinking.
We were playing beer pong and the ****in RAs were after us...we weren't even that loud.
Now myself, my roommates, and the 12 guests are getting tickets, etc... FU.CK!
