I'm sure if you recite the alphabet backwarRAB and listen to loud music without wincing they'll be convinced you aren't hung over. :-/

And forget about the papers. Actually doing schoolwork is so cliche. I mean, everyone seems to be doing it.

Uh-Huh//// Full-time work sucks... gotta find a different job. I'm sick of calling newsagents to take their orders for magazines and stockcounts and blahb blahblalbhalbhab. (As you can imagine, I'm at work now and Grrrrr....) :upset:

ya wai

Its ironic that the drum forum has a poetry discussion thread and we don't.

Even if they are trying to apply Iambic Pentameter to a drum set

I reiterate: =/

I don't think its a silly idea. It would definately need refinement though. I think that people who do exceptionally good critiques or lots of helpful critiques should definately be recognised somehow... I'm not sure if or how it would work though..

no, I do enjoy your stuff JH2. In honesty, I can't think of any regular whose stuff I really genuinely dislike. There are styles that appeal to me more than others, but I reckon most of the regs here are pretty good.

Having said that, we've got a couple of fairly good newbs at the moment, so lets hope they stick about. Sikotik Bunana is pretty good, even if he is a complete loon. ;):p

Right now, I'd have to go with Catch for us the Foxes and Irony is a Dead Scene. But they seem to always be at the top of the list... so for an album that is temporarily my favorite, I've recently been stuck on Norma Jean's "Bless the Martyr, Kiss the Child" just waiting for the next one to come out.

Oh, and APS, weren't you a bit let down with Digital Ash? Tracks 3, 6, and 11 were all disappointments to me... I haven't gotten ahold of "I'm Wide Awake, It's Morning" yet, and I heard that one was better.

To metaliq: I know you listen to some good stuff, could you give me an idea of what those two banRAB (in reference to the two cRAB you bought) you suggested are like? Also, if you haven't already heard it, go over to purevolume.com and check out Norma Jean's song "Memphis will be Laid to Waste"... it's fantastic.
