after your last post I struggled to remember hearing anything about it. I do remember hearing about spills, but didn't realize it was worst than this one...maybe because they capped it quick and started clean up asap.

It's easy to get on the BP hate wagon, I think mostly because of not enough info. fear and let's face it..it's easy. Thanks for posting! You and the other ppl in the industry are really helping balance things out and give us info we can't get through the media.

My family lives in LA and I worry about the State. I understand this was a freak accident, and they are working very hard to fix, but in an "Instant" world, this is taking too long.

there will be benefits, charitys, donations and various other things that will be setup through the upcoming years/future because of this.

and the fact that BP has been using extremely toxic chemicals when they have had opportunities to use less harmful oil clean up shit, and it's just sitting in a warehouse, and BP is all "OH well we're fucking retarded and have NO idea what to do so we're just gonna keep winging it."

you have money pouring out of your ass and you can't figure out how to stop one of the worst environmental disasters that's YOUR fault? lol

It's been interesting. My favorite so far was that forward going around where the guy claimed to be a 20 year veteran as an engineer in the O&G industry and said the only way to stop this leak is to use a small yield nuke to collapse the formation in on itself. We aren't fucking Russia.

Yea, i've read some papers on how it happens down there, but the Mississippi outflows lots of sediment. It can recover if we just stop fucking it up.

that one's not really mine. i could give you the coordinates for mine if you want. then you can look it up on google earth.

The only people who will, will be the ones who have to work with the new regulations. It's unfortunate how new procedures come along, but they are mostly always for the better. I have a feeling though, the way the regulators are already jumping the gun on various items, that the new ones are going to be rough.

money..don't think you need proof for that.

i think you wanted the word "how" instead of "why"
