I just thought of something: if you are on more of a budget go to Hot

I don't know how much but he does participate. I rarely go there but
I did recently to see the reviews of a new Q place in my suburban
city. He had posts in it.

I have no opinion of him but the local hero worship confuses me.

Granted, there are a hundred ways to BBQ. But you should be TELLING
people yours is THE way and THE ONLY way and not to listen to anyone
else (who knows what they're doing). Typical cult mentality.

I kinda remember the threads in the afb from like 10 years ago. I

I've not read the book but I gather it's a book for newbies. Like I
said I have no opinion of him but I will say just because someone gets
published doesn't make the book the bible. I've got one of Raichlen's
books and it's not impressive and I can't watch him on Create because
he's annoying as hell.

Oh, Except for Kent. He's AFB's troll. He pretends he's not trolling
but he calculated his posts to meet with the most resistance.

Zagat does not "give" the ratings, restaurant patrons do (or those who

It ain't like the old days.
