That was a pretty good list, thanks for sharing that! Of course a cartoon is a cartoon, some corporate people figured out, and a kid will watch a show even if it's "check your brain at the door" kind of crap.
I do agree that Johnny Test has its moments (I loved the Tom and Jerry themed episode

) but it deserves to be number 1. Hands down.
Also, I always thought that Johnny Test reused plots from multiple shows, and not just Dexter's Lab. How they reused materials from Dexter's Lab is the most obvious though.
I can't completely wrap my head around why Jake Long was there though. I kind of liked the weird and crazy new designs they had in the second season!
I also didn't notice that it was Flash animation.... On the topic of Juniper Lee, I hated Ray Ray, he was way too excited for my taste. Plus his design also was weird... that hair of his. Gosh.
Also 5Ds and Winx
should be there. The terrible Squirrel Boy and My Gym Partner's a Monkey either have an interesting animated style (Squirrel Boy) or a clever (even if
poorly executed) original concept (Gym Partner). The article explains why 5Ds or Winx are not clever nor are they original concepts. I'm sure that 5Ds and Winx can have some great moment writing wise, but the premise of both shows are either already done or just
stupid... for lack of better words. Although, I'm sure that they do beat out other shows in the animation category (any one remember Pet Alien?).
