Cartoon moments: Getting crap past the radar

There was one from Ed Edd n Eddy that while I don't know if it would be considered getting crap past the radar (more like a reference most viewers of the show wouldn't get) is in one episode Double D uses the name Walter Sobchak as an alias, which is the name of John Goodman's character from The Big Lebowski.

I remember an episode of 2 Stupid Dogs when they were at the post office and someone was showing them all the stamps that they had. One was called "Young Elvis" and showed a sperm with Elvis-style hair. Even as a child, I wondered how they got away with that.

The Birds Of Prey ep from Batman: Brave and the Bold is just filled with them.

"Green Lantern has his special ring
Pretty strong that little thing"

"Blue Beetle's deeds are really swell
But who will bring him out of his shell"

"Flash's rogues, they finish last
Too bad sometimes he's just too fast"

"Green Arrow has heroic traits
That is when he's shooting straight"

"Aquaman's always courageous
His little fish, less outrageous"

"Plasticman can expand
Becomes putty in our hands"

"Batman throws his Batarang
What a weapon, what a bang
Check out that utility belt
Sure can make a girl's heart melt
He's always right there for the save
I'd like to see his secret cave"

In the same episode, Rocko and Heffer are playing basketball. Heffer dunks and destroys the wall revealing the women's shower with the women having to cover themselves. Was surprised the first time I saw it.

There's an even more blatant reference to The Big Lebowski on "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends" - the episode itself is called "The Big Leblooski", and at one point in the bowling alley, Mac passes by the Dude, Walter, and Donny standing at the counter. (Craig McCracken is a huge Lebowski fan - I know he referenced it on "The Powerpuff Girls" once or twice too.)

Dad: "Ease up, Norb. I heard you slapping before you left home. Used to do it in the bathtub all the time."
Norbert: "I was just washing my tail, I swear!"

The Angry Beavers, "Slap Happy" - one more reason why I love that show

The what-a-cartoon short "Buy one get one free" had a torn picture of a woman, I would assume the picture wasn't a clean one if you get what I am saying. The other what-a-cartoon short Malcom and Melvin had a few, one of them was Melvin touched malcom on the head and you'd see yellow liquid on his hand.

The Games' Ren and Stimpy episodes used this word a lot in the original version. Mostly since i watching it dubbing in french like a pre-teenager show and who can't even say a dirt word.

Speaking of Ed, Edd, n' Eddy, I just rewatched "The Day the Ed Stood Still", and I found a rather questionable shot near the end, when we zoom into the bottom of Eddy's bed. If you look, you can find some used tissues, as well as a magazine titled Chicks.

Maybe it is nothing, but if you put two and two together, well...

The Replacements episode "A Daring Romance," Dick gives Todd the Sexy look, but Todd slaps him saying "Fresh!" in a female type voice.

The Dexter's Lab banned episode with the Silver Surfer spoof featured the "Silver Spooner" talking like a gay man stereotype.

That joke always cracks me up XD

There's a banned Rocko's Modern Life where Rocko and Heffer go to stay in a sleazy-looking motel, to which the clerk replies "All night? Whew...Ok....". Also the episode "Heffer and the Milking Machine." Enough said.

A Goofy Movie
Max: "My life's a living--"
clown: "HELLO, little buddy!"

The Lion King
(singing Hakuna Matata)
Pumbaa: "And I got downhearted!"
Timon: "How did you feel?"
Pumbaa: "Every time that I--"
Timon: "Pumbaa! Not in front of the kids!"
Pumbaa: "Oh, sorry."

In one episode of the o,d Transformers show, a spoiled brat gets a crush on one of the robots, Powerglide. Later, when the girl is talking to a human boy named Spike, this conversation takes place:

Girl: Oohh, Powerglide is wonderful. He's tall, handsome, and he can fly!
Spike: *under his breath* Yeah, well there are alot of things that he can't do...

To add to that, there's a scene in the episode where Rocko's looking for a job (I forgot the title) and Rocko applies for a specialty phone operator and in the background reads the poster "remember: be hot, be NAUGHTY, be courteous."
Just that whole scene was...yeah.

Im not sure if this has been mentioned but 5 instances i've spotted

In Dexters Lab:

When Dexter's Dad comes in the Bathroom to say "kids, don't you know that early morning is daddys special privacy time" :ack:.

In the Dexters Lab movie where you just see Dexter's Mum and Dads hands and legs and dexters mum says "honey, i dont think it will fit" to zoom out to show that they are playing a game of twister.

In the Powerpuff Girls:

The episode with Professor Dick (DANGER! PUN OVERLOAD!;)) where Bubbles says "we like dick and dick is good":ack::eek::sweat::p:o

In the PPG and Leigion of Doom crossover where Bubbles says to wonder woman "one day we will be as developed as you" and wonder woman crosses her arms over her boobs:evil:

I know the next one isn't from a cartoon but it needs to be said:

In Drake & Josh go hollywood where megan is on a plane and says about drake & josh putting her on the wrong plane (post 9/11 AIRPORT BLUNDER!) and says "those dumb boobs" about them and then the stewardess looks at her boobs:p (to note: her boobs were quite silly and some versions cut that shot out:shrug:)

It may not count because it's an Aliens shout out, but I love the Phineas and Ferb episode "Chronicles of Meap" when Candace shouts "GET AWAY FROM THEM.....MITCH! (For those who don't know, The original line from "Aliens": "GET AWAY FROM HER YOU B__CH!")

I know it's not really suggestive unless you've seen aliens and get the reference, but I imagine they probably named the badguy Mitch just so hey could do that joke, so I think it should count!
