Actually he didn't write/co-write the "Minder" theme! It came out during his divorce from Patrica maynard that she co-wrote "I Could Be So Good For you" with Gerard Kenny!

BWmy vote for best tv themes composer goes to Tony Hatch, with Mike Post a close second.

Mike Post and Pete Carpenter who did a lot of themes for Steven J Cannell productions, such as The A Team, Hardcastle and McCormick, Hunter, Riptide etc.

Sylvester Levy who did the Airwolf theme.

I liked the Return of the Saint theme as well but not sure who did that one.
