From Monty Python and the holy grail:

The great brave sir robin song:
.............
"He was not in the least bit scared to be mashed into a pulp,
Or to have his eyes gouged out and his elbows broken,
To have his kneecaps split and his body burned away
And his limbs all hacked and mangled, brave Sir Robin!

His head smashed in and his heart cut out
And his liver removed and his bowels unplugged
And his nostrils raped and his bottom burned off
And his pen--
"

You get the general idea.........

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned Falling Down:

D-Fens has just wrecked the Korean guys store and is about to leave:
"It's been a pleasure frequenting your establishment"

The Whammyburger scene from the same film. D-Fens has pulled out a gun because he couldn't get his breakfast. The customers watch in horror. He speaks to the manager, Rick:

D-Fens: Rick, could I have my breakfast please
Rick: Yes sir. Sheila, get his order.
D-Fens: Rick, could you get it for me please. I feel more comfortable calling you Rick after all we've been through together.

You would probably have to watch the film to appriciate them more.
