is CNBC World available in Canada? I know when CNBC has to blackout certain shows in Canada, they replace the signal with the CNBC World feed.

Perhaps they just mean that as of February 1st all the HD channels that are still accessable in the 800 range will "officially" be incorporated into the 1000 range. They just fail to mention they all ready had those channels :)

Roman, many free previews of channels are not loss leaders for Bell, as the channels waive wholesale fees during those periods.

MLB Free Preview starting on the 4th. Anyone know if any of these channels with be in HD? Not even worth watching if its in standard.

They should put all the US 'Super' stations, including WGN, in their own theme pack so those who want them can order them. At the same time they should reduce the price of the Premium Movie packs by $5.

No commercials and, better still, no commentary and no mindless droning on and on about the totally obvious . Doesn't get any better than that.

Noticed today the Jays will be on a special channel later this month 1398 in hd and 398 in s.d when sportsnet start to show the memorial cup i wonder if it a preview of the Jays getting their own t.v station like the leafs and the raptors or possible mlb network coming to canada

The problem with bundling channels is some may not like it that have to pay for certain channels they don't want.

Although I no longer have BTV, the issue of bundle news channels is some what different.

From my understanding Fox News is considered "Right Winged" & CNN is consider more to the "left" wether this true or not this I don't know, so depending on how your personal views on news is this might "upset" one on paying for a news service he or she doesn't agree with?

Should it matter? I giuess its on one percieves it I guess.

It was the same way during the last Olympics. It was a $0 charge and the channel was then good for the day.

One of the problems is once you notice a flaw, it's hard not to notice it everytime it's present. As for having a bad display, I wouldn't consider a Pioneer Elite Kuro to fall into that category. Maybe I have too good of a display that shows all the imperfections. Also screen size comes into play as well. A 60" display is going to show any imperfections alot more then a 42" display.

Does anyone have a clue if we will ever be capable of watching Mits and Todd vanderhaden in HD?

I wonder if the migration of WSBK (and WSBK-DT) to Family 1 will be effective to all existing customers with that Digital Theme pack, or if you will have to change to the New Family 1 digital theme pack, like with the theme pack changes that happened in last May.
