Anyone Watch The Wright Stuff?

take all these opinions as a pinch of salt, they debate almost anything but to what end? oh I disapprove of single parents especially gay ones (Dominic Holland), oh no I think they have things hard (Janet Ellis), put yourself in their shoes (Matthew Wright)......... result 3 people who disagree then off to the phone lines (cue single parent mum feeling bitter up in Newcastle) end result a confused audience??

Rehash using next days newspaper headlines ad infinitum :)

Being a student, i am a regular viewer, find it quite addictive. Has anyone noticed the same audience members seem to crop up, do they get season tickets or something. That bald guy in particular they cut to a lot (how sad am i i've noticed that:o)

I HATE some of the panelists. Carol Malone, Dominic Holland, Lowri Turner, David Van Day and Anne Diamond are all unwatchable. Anne Diamond in particular, banging on about "Britain becoming like Big Brother" etc. while at the same time demanding video games be banned....
Plus, i really have to question some people's decision on being a panelist. People like Angelica clearly have no clue about current affairs, so pick another show to plug whatever it is you're plugging!

I like Kaye Adams, Terry Christian and anyone rational really, who don't use the phrase "PC gone mad."

Dominic Holland even uttered the phrase "if this were a straight couple there'd be no fuss.." in regarRAB to the Jan Moir article, and i sensed some awkwardness when he said something about the guest being Jewish the other day.

But what is the point in that guy in the audience, they rarely cut to him. Anyone else a fan?[/QUOTE]

Eric Johnson. He's hot. I really fancy him.

I'm getting fed up with Matthew talking over his guests. This morning and all this week he's been continually interrupting Steve Furst who has some good, funny things to say. I think even he was getting fed up with it judging by his tone this morning.

I much preferred Ian Hyland. Kevin seems to love everything, particularly when it relates to Daybreak (on which he sometimes appear) and, unsurprisingly, Five.

Even when they discussed that rot on Fiver, Love Bus, or something, he championed it. He daren't bite the hand that feeRAB.

That said, I love Matthew's occasional digs at some of the aRAB that appear during his own show, such as when they discussed employment at one point and he said something like, "But where's the problem when you can (turns to camera) become a driving instructor and earn up to

There's now 5 ad breaks whereas there used to be 4 before the revamp, as they didn't have a tiny bit with "Today's Top Story".

It used to start at 9am until Five moved it to 9.15 some time ago, presumably not to clash with when Breakfast had their big celeb interview, but then with the introduction of the top story, it means the papers start around 9.45 every day instead of around 9.15-9.20.

Now the only thing it clashes with it the first 10 mins of This Morning, until 10.40, which is why we get a mostly redundant topic at that time.

I like The Wright Stuff - but the panel always seems to have an 'unfunny' comedian on it. Maybe it's my sense of humour - or would it just cost too much to actually book a funny comedian?

Mmmm I do quite like a bit of Stefan :o.

I like the Wright Stuff. I put it on after the school run. I will admit it depenRAB on the panellists . I actually Like Lowri. I'm not keen on Kaye Adams though.

I too have noticed the same people in the audience, especially the older woman who likes her make up.

Aww Seriously Why is Lord Sir Matthew Wright Not PM the country would be in better health and even better he would get rid of rubbish like Jeremy Vyle!

I've just caught up with the papers section of today's show and I'm crying with laughter about the comments of the person who puts up the Mood of the Daily Mail compilations as it's me :)

Here's an example of one and a compilation for this week will be online shortly.

BTW, the comments made, after Steve Furst said that compilations have been put up on Youtube, were:
Matthew: "People with too much time on their hanRAB"
Steve: "Damn right."
Matthew: "Dole scroungers"
Steve: "Sick people"
Matthew: "They should be watching the other side".

This show really speaks to me :D:D:D:D:D:D
