That's true, but the "limit" argument wouldn't change with decriminalization. You're still not allowed to have more than a half-ounce or whatever on your person at any time. The punishment where all you pay is a fine is subject to limits on quantity and repetition, just like everything else.

Only legalization is going to change that

There are blacks in other countries but they don't have the problems there because they're not Americans.
 
Those rates would be DRASTICALLY lower if we didn't have jigstarrs and pussies giving prisoners rights.
 
I doubt they are going to legalize a Schedule I or II drug anytime in the near future.
 
Other than the time it would take processing all the intake I don't think it would take that long
 
if you get caught with an ounce of pot a few times, i don't think thats deserving of jail time
 
i've thought about this before. i think since it was in fact a law when they broke it, they are still required to serve the sentence
 
i would be curious to know the decrease in prison population if you decriminalized just pot. bet it would save quite a bit of scratch
