Without knowing which you are, who do you assign rights of tax benefits and medical coverage, along with legal decision making, if they choose to engage in a binding contract under government authority with one of their partners?
It's a simple answer; to answer anything differently than all is in direct violation of the spirit of our constitution and general thinking as a society.
