Although I agree partially with you, I did like "Talented Mr Ripley". He is in too many films - no wonder his marriage fell apart, he was never there!

Toby Maguire Spiderman was a load of s***e
Rachel Weiz.Enemy at the gates, really a Russian soldier with an English public school accent.
Jennifer Lopez for obvious reasons
Leonardo di Caprio hate him.
Tom Cruise, haven't liked one single film he has been in. Eyes Wide Shut was a bore fest.
Madonna.stick to singing.
Jude Law.think he is totally over rated.
Demi Moore ....no amount of plastic surgery can make you a good actress.
Ben Affleck.
Jennifer Love Hewitt
Will Smith
Arnold Schwarzenegger
Liz Hurley
Jean Claude Van Damme.

Kevin costner ( bloody useless.......and as dull as dishwater)
Woody allen ( comedian?.......don,t make me laugh!)
The guy who plays frodo in LOTR
Orlando Bloom
golum

I took an oath, while watching that Batman film he was in, never to watch another Jim Carey film, and so far I've managed to stick to it.

I think I could be out alone here because when I go to watch a movie - I go because the story interests me. There is a lot of actors I don't like, but it wouldn't stop me from not going to see a movie they are in. I wouldn't want to meet the Artist Van Gogh (if some one gave me a time machine) as most have said he wasn't a nice a person but it doesn't stop me from liking his art work.

I go to the theatre to see Shakespear performed not necessarily because fo the actor in it.

It is not as if we are going to meet Tom Cruise or Julia Roberts, we are going to see a movie they are in which would have countless other actors in it. In many of the movies I have viewed, it is not necessarily the Star of Movie whom steals the show on many occassions I have often noticed that a supporting actor can be the better performer. The star of the movie is only a small part of the story.

I would never not watch a movie because I didn't like the some one in movie.

I'm with you on this one. He is SO irritating and plays exactly the same character in every film. He has no talent at all. Complete one trick pony.

Cameron Diaz! Why is she joint highest paid actress in Hollywood? She's rubbish and is not a patch on Julia Roberts. (Despite JR's huge pulsating forehead vein that pulsates annoyingly whenever she is angry or emotional!)

Not sure I agree that Jennifer Lopez can't act, I always thought she was quite good, she has just done some extremely crap films.

Mind you, I don't think the best actor/actress in the world can save a truly terrible film no matter how talented they are.

Also, any film by the Wayans Brothers I avoid like the plague. I just do. Not. Get them.

Agree about Julia Roberts. Not sure how she became a huge earner.

Don't know if anyone else has mentioned it but Richard Gere in any film puts me off.

Just hope they don't do a film (or two) together ;)

Jean Claude Van Damme
Sylvester Stallone (only one I liked of his was Demolition Man - If I never hear "I am the law" again I'll be a happy woman)
Anything in black and white - irrespective of actor/actress
