whenever i am trying to refresh sources my iphone 2G shows an error ;

" Sub-process bzip2 returned an error code(2) "

please advice how to solve this problem.
 
im having a problem with MMS, I can receive but not send. Already tried the carrier data info. 2G 3.1.2. Any help?

please remove all usb device you plugged at pc.
plug only Iphone cable and Iphone.

use ITunes 7.3 to 7.5 any version is recommended.
if you want to fix only permanent recovery mode its can be done via reading FIRST POST.

Just a quick query. I have read the FAQ about how to remove the iPhone from recovery mode but it isnt working for me. I even downloaded the 1.1.4 firmware to restore the iPhone BUT, when I want to flash it, i'm not sure of the correct procedure to flash the phone. I have downloaded the file, and unzipped it in a folder, and I hold SHIFT then try to locate the file I have downloaded, but I cant find any with the extension *.ipsw.
Can anyone help me to get this problem sorted out and tell me the exact procedure to use when flashing the iPhone?

hi there i have an Iphone... and i bought it not knowing the passcode, when i went to come and use it just now , its asking for passcode....

now my problem is im not sure if its been blocked or what ... but of course i want to unlock it to use any sim card and for me to use it myself, and get rid of the passcode


any help on this matter would be grately appreciated
 
am having 2g version 3.1.2 (7D11) ,MODEM FIRM WARE 04.05.04_G and jail broken with SPRIT. My problem is when ever i install a application it say error 0xE8008001. I want to install crack applications,some one pl help
 
I got this iphone for free because the previous owner messed it up trying to unlock it...it's stuck in restore mode but I'm unsure of the firmware version. Can anyone point me in the right direction to get this fixed? thanks a billion in advance!
 
Where is the shift button ,update button ?
And how long does it take to update or downgrade time?

If you get error "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135)" you need to install .NET Framework 2.0.

you have this at your pc??

hi all, i`m from the uk and i have a 3 sim what i want to know is will the 3 sim go in the iphone to make calls only? or if anyone knows if there is a way around to get the iphone to recognise the 3 sim?
