have you done restoring firmware 1.1.4 two time?
after one time you get firmware restore finish and give you error
second time restore again and at end you get error.
now still in recovery mode use KIphone
2 ticks click on start
wait till finish.
your iphone show you black screen some text runing bla bla.

at end of this.
your again to activation or recovery mode.
restore 1.1.4 again yes once again.
now at end of restoring YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE ANY ERRORRRRR.
now ready to use ziphone and DO IT ALL

i think u use itunes ver 7.6 if yes use itunes 7.5 .

Also put 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 unlock in sticky for the members who dont know yet to unlock 1.1.2 and 1.1.3 some still using Turbo,xsim,3gpp etc etc sims for unlocking.

All You have to do just Put Phone In Recovery mode By holding Home Button Then Try To Restore it With V1.1.4 To Avoid Downgrading Then JailBrake & Unlock using Ziphone V3.0
I Faced Problem Before that Iphone Can't Stand along time in Recovery mode So Hold Home Button Then Connect Cable Then open ZIphone & Put Phone In DFU Mode Now u will be able to Have ur phone 100% Working

Q. HOW TO DIFFERENTIATE BETWEEN IPHONE 2G AND 3G PHYSICALLY

A. iphone 2G = Steel backcover and an in Case headphone jack

3G = Black or white Plastic backcover,
An standard headphone jack
and 2 Screws at the Dock connector

my phone is 2g iphone i've tried to update it by firmware 2.2 it finished successfully,but after finished there is no menu signs its only showing i-tunes logo and usb port.then i tried to downgrade it but it shows sim not supported and downgrade failed.i'm able to calling but except menu.pls guide.................N.B. i previusly unlocked it.

Now it just finished the restore process again and showing the same error 1015 message and stuck in the recovery mode again, it's too close to quit now, thanks.

HellO!

The other night, without me knowing, my brother tried to get into my phone.. so he DISABLED my iphone by trying to enter the passcode in SO MANY TIMES.

So now, it says Connect to Itunes..
My issue is.. on itunes, it says Connect to original Carrier.. But Im with fido? i dont know what to do ?..

The only thing that appears on my iphone scream is -- connect to itunes........ i cant even connect to my iphone..

please help!
