windshield seal........or even clogged water divert-er ( the thing under the windshield that has slots for water to go into) has a hose that can get clogged with trash...backing it up ad then leaking through a hole....
um call ur insurance company(or the one u plan to use) some will NOT insure non-street bikes so u would b wasting ur time since u cannot drive it without insurance....
as for converting u need turn signals; brake; and tail light; head light; horn.....u can call DMV and ask....

depends on where u live and who u get to do it........u can get it done usually for about 300-500 in labor......
parts again depends on where u buy them........
woudl suggest replacing everything while ure in there tho....clutch set; pilot bearing; front trans seal; rear engine seal; out put...
there was a plate in front of motor but may or may not still b there......
take all the numbers u have and then look for more on motor/frame etc...and take them to ur local bike shop and they can look them up...
btw if u get serial number u can look it up online......use google....cas i cbf...

when was last time u check trans fluid?? << should b every week...
when was last time u replaced trans fluid and filter??? << should b every 45-50k miles....
would suggest changing the oil and filter and fuel b4 attempting to start it......otherwise u may get it working and have it tear up form sucking trash into carb and into motor/trans....
then check for spark....if u have spark at the plug spray some starting fluid into cylinder and start...
u need to have codes read...any parts store does it for free.......also have them clear them if there are several and then drive it until light comes back on then take it back to parts store as quick as possible...

um why is it falling off?? if the plastic clips that hold it on are broken parts store sells them for a few bucks...just ask at the counter ......
if the panel is beyond repair......call local junkyards and see if they have one.......be aware they wont want to sell u one off a door that is...
um u didn't say what type of bike....might help....but anyway u may have shorted out something....or u may have gotten water in ur fuel which if u had brown liquid in ur fuel u did....
so now its in ur carb(s) so pull the drain screw on the float bowl and hopefully that is all u will need to...

usually modded cars get thrashed.....but that is why they usually sell cheap.....
btw some mods u would want to keep as long as they were done correctly...
depends there are 3 different 2.0 motors......call ur local junkyard with the vin form ur car and the vin form motor......they can tell u if it will work......
there were 2.0 single cams, dual cams ,and turboed.....
um the rev meter would b the tachometer........but i assume u meant the rev limiter........and yes u can with software to reprogram the computer......u can also remove the speed limiter and adjust the timing the fuel pattern ect........
go find the replacement part first either a junkyard or dealer and look at it to see how complicated its going to b.....and in most cases u either live with the broken lid or pay some one else to fix it.....pulling the dash apart on any vehicle is only for the experienced ........good luck
i assume its a auto??.....and ur talking about the gear shift indicator ......if teh part is missing buy another from a junkyard....if its there but not working hook it up......
