depends on where u live and who u get to do it........u can get it done usually for about 300-500 in labor......
parts again depends on where u buy them........

woudl suggest replacing everything while ure in there tho....clutch set; pilot bearing; front trans seal; rear engine seal; out put seals on trans.....etc...
