I dig the movie. I've always loved faux-historical anime, and I LOVED that brief part of the show when they were in "our world," so seeing that continue was great. I had no real problems with it - other than the villain, who comes out of NOWHERE - and I adore the ending, so, yeah... good stuff.

While Shuffle might be something most of us would watch, there's just one complaint: What is it with animeka or mangak putting elf ears on characters and pass them off as demons? Can't they just put some scars, or bodypaint, or warts or any other blemishes on their faces & bodies? Hell can't...

OMG I can't believe they licensed "Robogeisha". Its from the creators of Machine Girl and from what I've seen in the trailer, its just as bloody, over the top and hilarious-looking. For those who want to see the trailer, it is here but a word of warning: it is bloody. Geisha is.... Robot!

I just watched the 3rd episode; that helped calm me down a bit. Also, what is with all the Pizza Hut advertisements in the show? It's hilariously ironic how a Western restaurant is advertised so much in such a nationalistic Japanese show! I'll be sure to avoid it.

WOW, I haven't heard Placebo in a long time. They just kinda fell off the map for me. I haven't heard of anything new from them, though. I'll have to check it out.
