ring a car breakers/scrap yard,price the cheapest window.it should cost no more than £5...and put said window out with a brick...sorted...either that or ring the dealers and find out how to open the bonnet from beneath the car..once open put jump leads on from another car and a couple of seconds...

check ALL battery/earthing points...also check the connections on the alternator.

well JG knows the crack about towing as he's helped me out in the past.his info is correct.. the bracket you need will have to be fabricated/a one off...someone with a fabricating background is a must,plus he will need to weld it together and fit it..... as for the ''towing bit'' search old...

theres a couple of sizes to get,bore size,gudgen pin size,rough crown height.....but yes its possible to fit another piston...obviously you'll have to take into consideration the transfer port size and location,and reshaping of the skits is simple enough as it opening the ports...any half desent...

you need a mechanic/sparky to fix it...ide get a new plug and part of the loom from a breakers yard clio and resolder the connections...if theres no other damage i wouldn't claim against your insurance cos it might end up costing you £300 excess for an £80 job,if you catch my drift?

you'll gain nothing but get yourself noticed by the wrong people...it will be hard to start,fuel consumption will raise and it will sound naff...leave it as is.

its always possible the the gap between the crank weights and the big end/con rod isn't sufficient...ive had that in the past actually on a DR BIG as it happens...
