Firstly, it's illegal to tow your Jimny with an A frame unless you have a device that links it's brakes to those of your motorhome. The Jimny weighs over 1000kg, and anything over 750kg must be braked whilst towing.
Secondly, the Jimny can only be towed with the rear or all four wheels clear of the road - using an A frame will damage the transmission.
So basically, you'll either have to get a sub 750kg car to tow, or use a trailer to carry your Jimny.

Hi i have a 2.0 motor-home with a tow bar on the back and i was thinking / hoping could it tow my car too. The motor-home is 21ft long and i have been told the jeep would be fine to be towed. I have just been looking in to an A frame to tow with but was also told my jeep will need to have brackets put on it to allow the A frame to be used.

Does anyone have any knowledge of where i can go to have the brackets put on and any ideas of how much for these and the A frame, and can i tow this on my normal driving licence....

I am in south wales...Cardiff area...??
In other words forget the whole idea...!!!...lol. Many thanks for this information given, has helped me lots.

well JG knows the crack about towing as he's helped me out in the past.his info is correct..
the bracket you need will have to be fabricated/a one off...someone with a fabricating background is a must, plus he will need to weld it together and fit it.....
as for the ''towing bit'' search old scrap yards for a trailer that ''brakes''.i recall some that used the force of the car when its thrown forward and the trailer braked its own wheels...if you catch my drift

THE JEEP IS TOO LIGHT BOTH IN WEIGHT AND ENGINE SIZE WITH NO 4 WHEEL DRIVE
YOU WILL JACK KNIFE OR WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PULL IT UP ANY INCLINE AS THE JEEP IS BASICALLY A TOY FOR SHOW NOT FOR PULLING IT WOULD HAVE TO BE AT LEAST 2 LITRE
