most likely...its still leaking! Its also possible ( but not likely)that you have a blown head gasket and its getting burned off before it drips on the ground...if that was the case though the car would run very badly!! If you have a new radiator, then the most likely cause is a leaking hose...

Sounds more like a vacuum hose problem...as you accelerate, the distributor should advance and retreat as you accelerate...if that's not happening correctly, you could have a misfire! Its also entirely possible that the car just needs a tune up.

If you're sure the fuse is good...and the radio is not dead, I'd say your next route would be the grounding wire..if that is attached correctly, and the positive lead power wire is also in good shape, check the negative battery cable.
