You definitely have a pulley misaligned; I really can't tell you how to check alignment. have you added any new accessory that is belt-driven? That would probably be the culprit.

Considering the length difference of the engine blocks, you're biting off more than you can chew. This moves the transmission and transfer case rearward, which means changing both drive shafts. and untold other roadblocks.
