I'd see if you can find the make/model of the cartridge, and get a needle for that, if not get a name brand cartridge you can get styli for.

Gert a tuner/capture card for your computer and record the show with that, from your antenna/cable, or your cable/satellite box. Then you can snap images from the playback.
Look at the chargers.
If they say something like 100-240V, then you just need a plug adapter.
If just they say something like 120V, you need a converter transformer as well, with enough capacity to support the largest device you will use it for.
There is no guarantee, but there is some likeliness that the previous aftermarket deck and the new one use the rather standard connectors, so the adapter kit you have can be used.
