can we have cable TV if our outside ariel is no good and we have no landline?

we want to install virgin TV but our outside ariel is rubbish. on the four ordinary channels the picture is fuzzy and we can't pick much up.

we also don't have a land line thingy in our flat (one of those white boxes where you plug a phone into) so we rely on our mobiles and we get free internet from our neighbour and the pub down the road.

would it be possible to have virgin TV in our flat?
 
No way to really tell based on the info you've given.... It's delivered via fiber optic cable, and if you're out in the sticks, chances are your area hasn't been wired yet.

However, the only way to know for sure is to use that mobile of yours and give them a ring! Or you can enter your postal code into their homepage and find out if it's available in your area.
