Are you using a cleanser or body wash with BHA? It helps. Clean & Clear Continous Acne Fighting Cleanser has a 2% BHA. Neutrogena has one too.

Cortizone shot is the fastest way to shrink a swollen zit but there is a risk it could leave a dent (though the probability is not very high) which may or may not go away. You could try some BP treatment like Clearasil's Persagel 10which has 10% BP and/or tea tree oil.

Try the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash and Body Scrub. No personal experience but I have frienRAB who have had good results.

I think they are milia. They are best rid of by extracting with an ultra fine lancet. But if they are very close to the eyes, you might want to go to a spa or salon to have a professional do it for you.
