Acne on my nose (HELP!!!!)

ok my nose for the last 2 years has been getting more and more swollen (well appears to be). i got many bumps on my nose where pimples use to be a long time ago (like a year or 2 ago). and they just don't go away i don't get pimple anywhere on my face except for my nose. and its getting wrost and wrost. the tip of my nose seems to make mynose look bigger then it should and the bumps just make it worst. i seriously need help.:(
 
I use the aspirin mask to deal with any nose acne while the aspirin mask has proven to harsh for other parts of my face it works great on the nose. I would suggest rubbing in a aspirin mask then applying b.p. to your nose after your shower.
