Try a clutch cable adjustment...If not enought slack in cable, replace the cable. Make sure cable is not pinched or bent from handlebar to engine..

Fuel wise.. Change the filter. If not that possible ignition problem. Check for spark at plug wire ends.A light tan color at plugs is fine.

It sounds like a low float level. Take float bowls off check it. While they are off..Remove the jets check to see their I.D. is clean. Also never hurts to install a new fuel filter, or clean fueltank petcock screen.

When 1 wheel spins you do not have posi-traction which is usally an option. On 4 wheel drive when engaged in snow or other ough weather keeps the car/truck more stable.

I think this bike has a multi plate clutch. Replace it.. Make sure linkage is in proper adjustment.
