Why isn't my Kawasaki 3 wheeler not cranking?

i have a Kawasaki 3 wheeler i just got iv been trying to figure out why it wont fire up but i cant figure it out the motor turns over fine but its just not firing up i don't know what to do?
 
First check for spark at the plug.. If ok pull float bowl off check float level clean the jets Add a new fuel filter Check air filter
 
yes, start with the spark plug- unscrew it from the engine head, put the cap on the top of the spark plug and hold the electrode to your engine case (metal) then have someone kick it and if you see a spark- your electric is good and its probably fuel related. If no spark- you will need to replace a component. Also, make sure you have an airtight seal on every part like intake manifold, and carb.
