Can anyone please help.I have recently upgraded my pc,but am unable to connect as i did with the old system.if i go back to the old pc i have no problems,but as soon as i return to the new one the pc says it is unable to open 119. i am assuming that this is the port the progam uses.how do i open it?

figured it out... apparently through my AT&T cable connection I can't accept incoming connections on port 4662. this is what is stopping me from downloading. i guess sometimes (very seldom) i can connect through port 80 and download a little bit but not enough to get anything accomplished...
