I still think it's battery. Even if you tried to jump start it, it's possible you didn't have a good enough connection with jumper cables...this is especially true if you have a battery with side posts. Best thing to try is to try the cables again...but after you connect them, wiggle them a bit...
You will need a get the standard driver's license....as well as plates for the moped if you don't have them already. Because it's under a certain size you don't need the motorcycle license, but I do suggest you consider taking the safety course....a lot of the same safety principals will apply...
Visually check CMP sensor, CKP sensor, and Wheel speed sensor wiring for any chafing in wiring, breaks in wiring, or loose or corroded pins at wiring connectors.
Check the wheel speed sensor tone rings for breaks or cracks.
If the above are ok, the vehicle has to go on a labscope so that CMP...
Im a little confused...when you say " cranking it" do you mean trying to start it? The RPM falls to 0.is this after it starts or does it stop trying to start?
If it isn't starting..then there's a possibility that you DO have some bad gas...most likely some water in with the gas. Best thing to...
Most likely the rubber seal on the top is a bit old...best thing to do is to have a look around ( try JC Witney) and replace the seal...you may wind up having to get that from Honda directly.
You can add a third if you wanted ...but with 2 L7s on that Fosgate amp, you really won't need any more subs unless you really do want to break out all of your windows! Which Infinity amp do you have? I'd be more worried about the subs over powering everything else you had in the car.
I do sort of agree with the mechanic...but I think the issue is a fuel filter. There's one filter that's inside your fuel tank ( prevents the fuel pump from sucking up particles in the gas tank) and possible a second filter under the hood...If you stop the car and let it cool, what ever is...
most likely...its still leaking! Its also possible ( but not likely)that you have a blown head gasket and its getting burned off before it drips on the ground...if that was the case though the car would run very badly!!
If you have a new radiator, then the most likely cause is a leaking hose...
I have a 98 Cherokee myself...that wire is a grounding wire, so when you get in the truck and slide across the seat ( especially in the winter!!) you don't get shocked! Basically its just a grounding wire...you should be able to disconnect it with a screw driver after you unbolt the seat.
**it's...
Sounds more like a vacuum hose problem...as you accelerate, the distributor should advance and retreat as you accelerate...if that's not happening correctly, you could have a misfire! Its also entirely possible that the car just needs a tune up.
If you're sure the fuse is good...and the radio is not dead, I'd say your next route would be the grounding wire..if that is attached correctly, and the positive lead power wire is also in good shape, check the negative battery cable.
Depends on where you are...I had some work done on my Passat close to York and it cost me £300...and then had to have it done again on my friend's car closer to London for £400!
A lot will depend on how faded the original paint is...so my may have some trouble getting a perfect match, but...
Jus could be right, but I like to look at the more simpler obvious things first.
Without hearing it myself, If you've already had all of that tune up type work done then I'd have to say the most likely cause would be the timing is off...do you know how long its been since the timing belt was...
